Throughout the process of creating a course, I focus on the full life cycle (needs analysis, determining the best training modality, storyboarding, collaborating with the team to align strategies with organizational needs and industry best practices) to ensure I'm able to develop learning solutions that close knowledge gaps, result in enhanced performance and behavior, and help make the complex simple. 

I love to help clients solve problems by working with them to design and implement learning solutions that meet, and surpass, goals. I enjoy analyzing organizational needs and applying adult learning theory and strategies to create and iterate effective, interactive, impactful and unique courses for a variety of unique learnings covering a diverse range of content.
