Throughout the process of creating a course, I focus on the full life cycle (from needs analysis, to storyboard design, to eLearning development) to ensure I'm able to create learning solutions that close knowledge gaps and result in enhanced performance and behavior. 

I love to help clients solve problems by working with them to design and implement learning solutions that meet, and surpass, goals. I enjoy analyzing organizational needs and applying adult learning theory and strategies to create effective and unique courses for a variety of unique learnings covering a diverse range of content.
