I have always loved helping people learn - going way back to playing school and librarian with my siblings and friends as a small child. My continued passion for learning plays a big role in my life both personally and professionally - from sharing random bits of trivia and bits of knowledge with friends and family to building effective learning solutions for clients and their learners. With the ADDIE and SAM models and effective communication with all stakeholders, I collaborate with stakeholder teams and subject matter experts to complete and analyze needs analysis, organize and break down complicated subject matter into engaging modules for learners to easily and efficiently grasp and retain the information for their work. My training solutions meet business objectives in an interactive and engaging way for learners to help change behavior and outcomes. 

I am a life-long learner and enrolled in the Applied Instructional Design Academy to support me in my upskilling around adult learning theories and authoring tools. I love to continually grow my knowledge, skills, and abilities.

On a personal note, I am a person that loves to help people experience and recognize the greatness in and around them - whether that is through talking about things we are grateful for, coaching athletics, sharing new show and movie recommendations (admittedly, sometimes silly or ridiculous), supporting their health and fitness goals as their personal trainer and nutrition coach, sharing experiences and moments and journeys, or even taking in the scenery of a park during a stroll.
